What is ZM Textiles Belgium?

We're a Belgian textile company based in Wezembeek-Oppem specializing in premium OEKO-TEX® certified bedding and towels. We work directly with manufacturers to offer significantly lower prices than traditional retailers while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

What does OEKO-TEX® certification mean?

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is an independent certification that guarantees our textiles are tested for over 100 harmful substances and are safe for human contact. Every single product we sell is certified — no exceptions.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes! All products are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, covering both environmental and safety standards. We prioritize durability over disposability — our textiles are designed to last years, reducing waste.

Where are you located?

We're based in Wezembeek-Oppem, Belgium, just outside Brussels. We offer free local pickup by appointment and serve customers across Belgium and key EU countries.

Do you have a physical store?

We operate primarily online to keep costs low and pass savings to you. However, we offer free local pickup at our Wezembeek-Oppem location by appointment (see our Contact page for hours). Call or WhatsApp +32 488 56 42 66 to schedule.

Orders & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free delivery is available on qualifying orders to Belgium, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg — bundles included. Delivery times, shipping costs and free-delivery conditions are on our Shipping & Returns page, and you always see the final cost at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Belgium and the following EU countries: Germany, France, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Free-delivery conditions are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes! Free pickup at our Wezembeek-Oppem location (see our Contact page for hours). Call or WhatsApp +32 488 56 42 66 at least 24 hours in advance to schedule. Bring your order confirmation and ID.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If you haven't received it within 24 hours of ordering, contact us at Info@zmtextiles.be.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately at +32 488 56 42 66 or Info@zmtextiles.be. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it. Once shipped, you'll need to use our return process.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no need to return damaged items.

What materials do you sell?

Fitted Sheets:

  • T144 Percale Cotton — Crisp, cool, breathable. Best for hot sleepers and summer months.
  • Jersey Cotton (160 GSM) — Soft, stretchy, cozy like a t-shirt. Great year-round, easy care.
  • Flannel Cotton — Brushed warmth. Perfect for Belgian winters (October–March).

Duvet Covers: Dyed solid colors (8 shades) or printed designs (20 designs) — both in Single, Double & King.
Towels: 500 GSM cotton towels (3 sizes) and 600 GSM luxury bath towels.

What sizes do you offer?

Fitted Sheets (European standard, +30 cm deep pockets):
Single: 90×200+30 cm | Double: 140×200+30 cm | Queen: 160×200+30 cm | King: 180×200+30 cm

Duvet Covers: Single (140×200 cm) | Double (200×200 cm) | King (240×220 cm)

Pillowcases: 65×65 cm (European square standard — only size we stock)

Towels: Wash gloves (15×21 cm), washcloth (30×50 cm), hand towel (50×90 cm), bath sheet (70×130 cm), bath towel (70×140 cm)

What does GSM mean for towels?

GSM (grams per square meter) measures towel weight and thickness. We offer two weights:

  • 500 GSM — Our Cotton Towel range (3 sizes). Medium weight, balanced absorbency, great for daily use and hand drying.
  • 600 GSM — Our Bath Towel (70×140 cm). Heavyweight, ultra-plush, spa-quality comfort — ideal as your main bath towel.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! All products are OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they're tested for allergenic dyes, formaldehyde, and harsh chemicals. Perfect for sensitive skin, eczema, allergies, and babies.

Can I buy individual items or only bundles?

Both! Individual products (fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels) are available separately. Or save with our pre-made bundles which combine multiple items at a better price than buying separately.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. As an EU consumer you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds go back to your original payment method — see our Shipping & Returns page for the current refund timeline.

How do I return an item?

1. Contact us at Info@zmtextiles.be or +32 488 56 42 66 within 30 days
2. We'll provide return instructions and address
3. Ship items back in original packaging (tracked shipping recommended)
4. Refund processed once your return reaches us — see our Shipping & Returns page for the timeline

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes! Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. If the new item is the same price, no additional charges. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.

Who pays for return shipping?

For standard returns (change of mind), the customer pays return shipping. For defective or damaged items, we cover all costs and arrange collection.

Can I return items bought in a bundle?

Yes, as long as they're unused and in original packaging within 30 days. Bundle items can be returned individually; refunds will be prorated based on the bundle price.

What if I received the wrong item?

Contact us immediately at +32 488 56 42 66. We'll send the correct item and arrange collection of the wrong item — at no cost to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Bancontact (most popular in Belgium)
  • iDEAL (Netherlands)
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • SEPA Bank Transfer (for B2B orders)

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We use Shopify's secure payment processing with SSL/TLS encryption. We never store your full credit card details — all transactions are processed through PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.

When will I be charged?

You're charged immediately when you place your order. For local pickup, payment is required before pickup.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes! You'll receive an invoice via email after purchase. Need a VAT invoice for business? Contact us at Info@zmtextiles.be with your VAT number.

Product Care

How do I wash my bedding and towels?

  • T144 Percale & Flannel Cotton: 40–60°C, machine wash
  • Jersey Cotton & Printed Cotton: 40°C, machine wash, wrinkle-resistant
  • Towels (500 & 600 GSM): 40–60°C, avoid fabric softener (reduces absorbency)
  • Wash dark colors separately for the first 3 washes

Can I tumble dry my items?

Yes, on low heat. Line drying extends product life and saves energy. Flannel should be tumble dried on low to maintain softness.

Should I wash before first use?

Yes! Wash all textiles before first use to remove any dust from storage and shipping, and to soften the fabric.

How do I prevent colors from fading?

  • Wash darks separately (especially first 3 washes)
  • Use cold or warm water — not hot
  • Turn items inside out
  • Avoid bleach and harsh detergents
  • Line dry when possible

How long will my textiles last?

With proper care, our premium textiles last 5–10 years. Durability depends on washing frequency and care method. All items are designed for longevity, not disposability.
