We're a Belgian textile company based in Wezembeek-Oppem specializing in premium OEKO-TEX® certified bedding and towels. We work directly with European manufacturers to offer 40-60% lower prices than traditional retailers while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

What does OEKO-TEX® certification mean?
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is an independent certification that guarantees our textiles are tested for over 100 harmful substances and are safe for human contact. Every single product we sell is certified—no exceptions.
Why it matters: Safe for sensitive skin, babies, and allergy sufferers. Exceeds EU REACH regulations.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes! All products are OEKO-TEX® certified (environmental + safety standards). Many items also carry GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification for organic materials. We prioritize durability over disposability—our textiles are designed to last years, reducing waste.

Where are you located?
We're based in Wezembeek-Oppem, Belgium, just outside Brussels. We offer free local pickup by appointment and serve customers across Belgium and the EU.

Do you have a physical store?
We operate primarily online to keep costs low and pass savings to you. However, we offer free local pickup at our Wezembeek-Oppem location by appointment (Monday-Friday, 10:00-17:00).

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free Belgium shipping on orders over €50 (2-3 business days). All bundles ship free with no minimum order.
EU shipping: Flat-rate €9.95 (4-7 business days)
How long does delivery take?
Belgium: 2-3 business days
EU Countries: 4-7 business days
Local Pickup: Same day or next day (by appointment)
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! Free pickup at our Wezembeek-Oppem location. Call +32 488 56 42 66 at least 24 hours in advance to schedule. Bring your order confirmation and ID.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all EU countries. Belgium customers enjoy the fastest delivery (2-3 days) and free shipping over €50.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If you haven't received it within 24 hours of ordering, contact us at Info@zmtextiles.be.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at +32 488 56 42 66 or Info@zmtextiles.be. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it. Once shipped, you'll need to use our return process.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately—no need to return damaged items.

What's the difference between percale, jersey, flannel, and linen?
Percale: Crisp, cool, breathable (best for hot sleepers, summer)
Jersey: Soft, stretchy, cozy like a t-shirt (year-round, easy care)
Flannel: Brushed warmth (Belgian winters, October-March)
Linen: Luxury, temperature-regulating (year-round, gets softer with washing)

What sizes do you offer?
Bedding (European standard):
Single: 90x200cm | Double: 140x200cm | Queen: 160x200cm | King: 180x200cm
Pillowcases: 65x65cm (European standard)
Towels: Standard bath, hand, and washcloth sizes in 450-600 GSM weights
What does GSM mean for towels?
GSM (grams per square meter) measures towel weight and thickness:
450 GSM: Quick-dry, lightweight (summer, Airbnb)
550 GSM: Balanced absorbency (year-round)
600 GSM: Ultra-plush, spa-weight (luxury, winter)
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! All products are OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they're tested for allergenic dyes, formaldehyde, and harsh chemicals. Perfect for eczema, allergies, and baby skin.
Can I buy individual items or only bundles?
Both! Shop individual items from our Fitted Sheets, Duvet Covers, Pillow Cases, and Towels collections.

What's the difference between your bundles?
Bedding Bundles: Fitted sheet + duvet cover + pillowcases (€60-€120)
Bath Bundles: Coordinated towel sets (€60-€100)
Complete Room Sets: Bedroom + bathroom (€150-€250)

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Full refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
How do I return an item?

3. Ship items back in original packaging
4. Refund processed within 5-7 days of receipt
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes! Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. If the new item is the same price, no additional charges. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns (change of mind), customer pays return shipping. For defective or damaged items, we cover all costs and provide a prepaid label.
Can I return items bought on sale or in a bundle?
Yes, as long as they're unused and in original packaging within 30 days. Bundle items can be returned individually.
What if I received the wrong item?
Contact us immediately at +32 488 56 42 66. We'll send the correct item via express shipping and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item—no cost to you.

We accept all major payment methods:

Is my payment information secure?
Yes! We use Shopify's secure payment processing with SSL encryption. We never store your full credit card details—all transactions are processed through certified payment gateways.
When will I be charged?
You're charged immediately when you place your order. For local pickup, payment is required before pickup.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes! You'll receive an invoice via email after purchase. Need a VAT invoice for business? Contact us at Info@zmtextiles.be with your VAT number.
Do you offer payment plans?
Not currently, but we accept PayPal which offers "Pay in 4" installments in some regions. Check at checkout for availability.
Product Care
How do I wash my bedding and towels?
Cotton (percale, jersey, flannel): 40-60°C, gentle cycle
Linen: 30-40°C, gentle cycle, air dry for best results
Towels: 60°C for deep cleaning, avoid fabric softener (reduces absorbency)
Can I tumble dry my items?
Yes, but low heat is best to prevent shrinkage. Line drying extends product life and saves energy. Linen should be air-dried for optimal softness.
Should I wash before first use?
Yes! Wash all textiles before first use to remove any dust from storage and shipping. This also softens the fabric.
How do I prevent colors from fading?
• Wash darks separately (especially first 3 washes)
• Use cold or warm water (not hot)
• Turn items inside out
• Avoid bleach and harsh detergents
• Line dry when possible
Can I use bleach on white items?
Occasional bleach use is okay for white cotton items, but it can degrade fabric over time. We recommend oxygen-based bleach alternatives for longevity.
How long will my textiles last?
With proper care, our premium textiles last 5-10 years. Durability depends on washing frequency and care methods. We design for longevity, not disposability.
