Shipping Policy - ZM Textiles Belgium

Welcome to ZM Textiles! This Shipping Policy explains the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products purchased from our website zmtextiles.be.

1. SHIPPING REGIONS

We ship to:

  • Belgium (domestic)
  • Netherlands
  • Luxembourg
  • France
  • Germany

For deliveries to other countries, please contact us at info@zmtextiles.be to confirm availability.

2. PROCESSING TIME

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays)
- Orders placed after 2 PM or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
- A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched

3. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

BELGIUM (Domestic) — via bpost:

  • Free delivery: On orders over €39
  • Below €39: the rate depends on parcel weight and on whether you choose bpost home delivery or a bpost pick-up point (see our Shipping & Returns page for the current rates)
  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days from your order (order processing included)

NETHERLANDS, LUXEMBOURG, FRANCE & GERMANY — via bpost International (home delivery):

  • Free delivery: On orders over €99
  • Below €99: a flat home-delivery rate applies, based on parcel weight (see our Shipping & Returns page for the current rates)
  • Pick-up point delivery is available in Belgium only
  • Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days from your order (order processing included)

OTHER COUNTRIES: Currently we ship to Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, and Germany. For deliveries to other destinations, please contact us at info@zmtextiles.be to confirm availability and rates.

The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and your order's total weight, and is always displayed before you complete your order. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier schedules, parcel volume, or circumstances outside our control.

4. FREE LOCAL PICKUP

You can pick up your order for FREE at our location:

Pickup Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed

How to use pickup:
1. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout
2. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for collection
3. Bring your order confirmation email and ID when collecting

5. ORDER TRACKING

- Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email
- Use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time
- For any tracking issues, contact us at info@zmtextiles.be

6. DELIVERY NOTES

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules
- We are not responsible for delays caused by:
  - Shipping carriers
  - Customs processing
  - Weather conditions
  - Force majeure events
- Once the package is handed to the carrier, risk transfers to the customer

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EU)

- All prices include Belgian VAT
- For EU orders, VAT is handled according to EU regulations
- No additional customs fees within the EU

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Customer is responsible for re-shipping fees
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Contact us immediately at info@zmtextiles.be if you need to update your address

9. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Damaged Packages:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- Report any damage within 48 hours to info@zmtextiles.be
- Include photos of the damaged package and items
- We will arrange a replacement or refund

Lost Packages:
- If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us
- We will investigate with the carrier
- Refunds or replacements provided after carrier confirmation

10. ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

- To change your shipping address or cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@zmtextiles.be
- Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped
- Cancellation is possible only before order dispatch

11. FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

  • Free delivery applies to orders over €39 in Belgium and to orders over €99 to the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany
  • If you return items and the remaining order value falls below the applicable threshold, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
  • Free shipping promotions are clearly indicated at checkout
