Delivery Issues

Not home for delivery? The carrier will leave a notice with pickup instructions. Most packages are held at local pickup points for 7-10 days.

Package delayed? Contact us at +32 488 56 42 66 and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Package damaged? Contact us within 48 hours with photos for immediate replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

30-day return window from delivery date
Condition: Unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached
Refund method: Original payment method
Refund timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

What Can Be Returned?

Eligible for return:

  • Unused items in original packaging
  • Items with tags still attached
  • Unwashed and unstained textiles
  • Sale items (same conditions apply)
  • Bundle items (can be returned individually)
  • Gift items (recipient can return)

Not eligible for return:

  • Washed or used items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items with removed tags
  • Stained or damaged items (unless defective on arrival)
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Return an Item

Step 2: We'll provide return instructions
You'll receive: Return address, return authorization number, packing instructions

Step 3: Pack and ship your return
Use original packaging if possible, include all tags and accessories, ship to provided address

Step 4: Receive your refund
We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Return Shipping Costs

Standard returns (change of mind): Customer pays return shipping
Defective or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label

Tip: Use tracked shipping for returns to ensure safe delivery back to us.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to arrange an exchange!

Same price item: No additional charges
Price difference: We'll adjust and charge/refund the difference

Defective or Damaged Items

We inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a defective or damaged item:

Step 1: Contact us immediately (within 48 hours preferred)
Step 2: Send photos of the defect/damage to Info@zmtextiles.be
Step 3: We'll send a replacement via express shipping OR issue a full refund (your choice)
Step 4: We'll provide a prepaid return label for the defective item (no cost to you)

Refund includes: Product cost + original shipping costs

Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong item by mistake:

2. We'll send the correct item via express shipping
3. We'll provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item
4. No cost to you—our error, our responsibility

Gift Returns

Gift recipients can return or exchange items within 30 days. They just need to contact us—no gift receipt required. Refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original purchaser (recipient's choice).

After we receive your return:
1-2 business days: Inspection and processing
3-5 business days: Refund issued to original payment method
5-7 business days: Refund appears in your account (depends on your bank)

Yes! All bundles ship free across Belgium with no minimum order required.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us immediately at +32 488 56 42 66. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we ship to both residential addresses and PO boxes in Belgium and the EU.

Can I return items bought on sale?

Yes! Our 30-day return policy applies to all items, including sale items, as long as they're unused and in original packaging.

Can I return individual items from a bundle?

Yes, bundle items can be returned individually. The refund will be prorated based on the bundle price.

What if I'm outside the 30-day return window?

Contact us anyway at Info@zmtextiles.be. While we can't guarantee a return, we'll do our best to find a solution, especially for defective items.

How do I track my return?

Use tracked shipping when returning items. Keep your tracking number and monitor it until we confirm receipt. We'll email you once we receive and process your return.

Can I return items purchased with a discount code?

Yes. Your refund will be the amount you actually paid (after discount), not the original price.
