Yes. Samples are available at cost (typically €10–25 per item) and credited toward your first order over €1,000.
Do you offer Net 30 payment terms?
Net 30 is available for qualified accounts after credit approval and trade references. Initial orders require payment at time of order.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. We can split shipments to different properties or project sites. Shipping costs are calculated per destination.
What if I need products urgently?

Yes. All textiles are tested to withstand commercial laundering at 40–60°C. We provide care guidance optimised for commercial operations.
Can I return or exchange B2B orders?
Standard in-stock items can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Defective items are replaced at no charge.
Do you ship to EU countries outside Belgium?
