Welcome to ZM Textiles! This Shipping Policy explains the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products purchased from our website zmtextiles.be.
1. SHIPPING REGIONS
We ship to:
- Belgium (domestic)
- Netherlands
- Luxembourg
- France
- Germany
- Other European Union countries
For international orders outside the EU, please contact us at info@zmtextiles.be to confirm shipping availability.
2. PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays)
- Orders placed after 3 PM or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
- A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched
3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
BELGIUM (Domestic):
- Standard Shipping (B-Post): €4.95 (3-5 business days)
- Free Local Pickup: Available at our location (details below)
- Free Shipping: On orders over €49 (via bpost pickup points)
NETHERLANDS & LUXEMBOURG:
- Standard Shipping: €7.95 (4-6 business days)
FRANCE & GERMANY:
- Standard Shipping: €8.95 (5-7 business days)
OTHER EU COUNTRIES:
- Shipping rates: €7.95 - €12.95 (depending on destination)
- Delivery time: 5-10 business days
- Rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location
4. FREE LOCAL PICKUP
You can pick up your order for FREE at our location:

Pickup Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
How to use pickup:
1. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout
2. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for collection
3. Bring your order confirmation email and ID when collecting
5. ORDER TRACKING
- Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email
- Use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time
- For any tracking issues, contact us at info@zmtextiles.be
6. DELIVERY NOTES
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules
- We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Force majeure events
- Once the package is handed to the carrier, risk transfers to the customer
7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EU)
- All prices include Belgian VAT
- For EU orders, VAT is handled according to EU regulations
- No additional customs fees within the EU
8. INCORRECT ADDRESS
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Customer is responsible for re-shipping fees
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Contact us immediately at info@zmtextiles.be if you need to update your address
9. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Damaged Packages:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- Report any damage within 48 hours to info@zmtextiles.be
- Include photos of the damaged package and items
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
Lost Packages:
- If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us
- We will investigate with the carrier
- Refunds or replacements provided after carrier confirmation
10. ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
- To change your shipping address or cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@zmtextiles.be
- Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped
- Cancellation is possible only before order dispatch
11. FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
- Free shipping applies to orders over €49 (Belgium only)
- If you return items and the remaining order value falls below €49, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
- Free shipping promotions are clearly indicated at checkout
