Return and Refund Policy – ZM Textiles Belgium
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from ZM Textiles Belgium. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return it under the following conditions.
1. Return Period
Standard Returns: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
EU Consumer Rights: If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@zmtextiles.be within the return period. Please include:
- Your order number
- Details of the item(s) you want to return
- Reason for the return (optional but helpful)
We will provide you with instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Defective/Incorrect Items: We will cover return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
5. Damages and Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately at info@zmtextiles.be with photos of the issue
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or customized items (unless defective)
- Products showing signs of use, washing, or wear
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
1. Return the original item for a refund (following the return process above)
2. Once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item
This is the fastest way to ensure you get what you want.
8. Refunds
Processing Time:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you whether the refund has been approved
- If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
Non-Refundable Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item)
Delayed Refunds:
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@zmtextiles.be.
