Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Belgium and select European countries. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Items must have tags and labels attached
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@zmtextiles.be
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will send you return instructions and a return authorization number
- Pack your items securely with all original packaging and tags
- Ship the package to the address provided
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@zmtextiles.be We'll help you process the exchange as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
